FERMILAB

Located in Batavia, Illinois, near Chicago, Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) specializes in high-energy particle physics and is part of Illinois Technology and Research Corridor. Fermilab’s Tevatron, a landmark particle accelerator, was the most powerful particle accelerator in the world, until the creation of the Large Hadron Collider near Geneva, Switzerland, in 2008. This personal project captures some of the most compelling structures at this fascinating site.
